Your plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and ready to grow! Any cosmetic damage from shipping, like brown or torn leaves, will not affect the health of your plants, and plants will bounce right back after being thoroughly watered and planted. If you are not satisfied with your plant within the first 5 days, please contact Customer Support.

Plants can die for many different reasons, which is why we offer a one-year, one-time replacement warranty (shipping cost not included), available at time of checkout. Our optionally purchased 1-Year Warranty covers issues with your plants within the first 365 days of your online order.
To submit a claim, please email us at support@treesandplants.com. Our team will review your concerns, and if necessary, we’ll provide a one-time replacement (shipping costs not included). Please note that photos are required for each plant submitted under the guarantee. Detailed information about the required photos can be found on the Contact Us form.
