Extended 1-Year Warranty

Plants can die for many different reasons, which is why we offer a one-year, one-time replacement warranty (shipping cost not included), available at time of checkout. Our optionally purchased 1-Year Warranty covers issues with your plants within the first 365 days of your online order.

To submit a claim, please email support@treesandplants.com. Our team will review your concerns, and if necessary, we’ll provide a one-time replacement (shipping costs not included). Please note that photos are required for each plant submitted under the guarantee. 

Note: Refunds will not be given when redeeming your warranty. Replacement plant shipping costs and taxes are at the customer’s expense. Each item in the customer's order is eligible for a one-time replacement. The 1-Year Warranty does not cover plants purchased outside their recommended growing zones or damage caused by neglectful care, improper planting, extreme weather, animals, or other external factors. Additionally, damage caused by the customer or another individual is not included in the guarantee.
